According to my mum, this recipe was passed down to my ancestors who had ties with the Baba Nyonya communities in Malacca during the British Colonial Era.

Ingredients:

Rapeseed oil, sugar, garlic, onions, ginger, red chillies (6.8%), spirit vinegar, lemongrass, herbs, salt.
