Cozy Glow Scented Products Guarantee
Return your Cozy Glow scented product purchased from the Cozy Glow Online Store at cozyglow.co.uk or from a Cozy Glow Retail Store, in the same (unused) condition with the original receipt and original packaging and exchange the product for an alternative scent for free (additional shipping for orders outside the United Kingdom may apply) or receive a refund for the product (excludes cost of shipping).
Additional Legal Rights for Consumers
For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by Cozy Glow's Guarantee are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights.
Non-Cozy Glow Branded Products / Third Party Products
Cozy Glow's Guarantee does not apply to products that are not Cozy Glow-branded, even if packaged or sold with Cozy Glow products. Non-Cozy Glow branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee provided by the product manufacturer. Please see your product box and literature for details.
